Antenna selection for on-site measurement of radiative emissions.

[Application Case] A detailed introduction to the method of antenna selection!

We will introduce the differences in measurement results due to antenna variations and the selection methods. In pre-compliance tests for radiated EMI (emissions), it is important not only to have high-performance measuring instruments but also to select the appropriate receiving antennas to measure lower levels of noise. Small and medium-sized biconical antennas have inferior performance compared to biconical antennas, but they are smaller in size and highly portable. They are convenient for situations where frequent transport is required during on-site measurements or when used close to the equipment under test (EUT) for noise exploration. Selecting the right antenna according to the environment in which it will be used is crucial. Biconical Antenna (Active) BicoLOG X Series

Excellent active antenna for low-frequency measurement.

An excellent cost-effective active antenna for low-frequency measurements. It fully covers the complete radio and television transmission frequencies up to 20MHz, including Tetra/BOS and ISM434. All BicoLOGXEMC test antennas undergo rigorous testing in the laboratory before shipment and are equipped with high-quality rubber paint that protects against mechanical damage and environmental influences, as well as the highest quality integrated tripod connections and SMA connectors. Typical calibration data All AaroniaEMC stand antennas come with a complete high-resolution (10MHz or 5MHz steps!) calibration dataset that includes numerous calibration points (Excel file, download link provided). This allows for very accurate EMC measurements with any spectrum analyzer.
